I think we can all agree that we don't have 2 hours to spend in the gym each day! It's not always easy to find time for your workouts with a busy schedule, but it's an important part of staying healthy mentally and physically.
I have been cheering with excitement since I teamed up with my favorite group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and registered dietitian to bring you the best, most effective HIIT workouts!
From lower body, to upper body, to total body HIIT workouts, I have you covered for the next 3 weeks!
What is HIIT?
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a training technique that requires intensified bursts of work, followed by a short rest. HIIT increases your heart rate and helps burn fat and calories in a short period of time.
HIIT is perfect for those of us who don't have hours to spend at the gym. Most HIIT workouts are 20-25 minutes.
Other benefits of HIIT include an increase in your metabolism, loss of weight, muscle gain, it's convenient + so much more!
Like I mentioned, I teamed up with my favorite fitness junkie to bring you the best, most effective HIIT workouts!
Katie is a Registered Dietitian, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Group Fitness Instructor Training, and Beachbody LIVE Master Trainer (+ the list goes on)!
I met Katie a few years ago in a group exercise class at our local YMCA. Her coaching style is energetic, challenging, and most importantly FUN!
She has graciously agreed to share some of her best HIIT workouts to give you a quick, yet (very) effective workout! You can find the first of three HIIT workouts below! Simply screenshot, share, save, or Pin to Pinterest to sweat later!
Don't forget to stretch before and after your workout! You'll feel the burn, and you can thank Katie later!
If you would like to see more from Katie, you can connect with her on social media!

Come back next week for a lower body HIIT workout.
P.S. I've shared some of my favorite workout attire for those who were curious and you can find that here.
